Your physio questions answered.
Straightforward answers about mobile physio care across the Northern Gold Coast.
Do I need a referral to see a physio?
No referral is needed. You can book directly with us. However, if you're claiming through WorkCover, DVA, or certain insurance providers, a referral may be required.
What conditions do physiotherapists treat?
Physiotherapists help with a wide range of issues. From back and neck pain, joint or muscle injuries, post-surgical rehab, sports injuries, arthritis, and posture problems, to chronic conditions like sciatica or tendonitis.
What should I expect during my first appointment?
Your first session includes a full assessment, diagnosis, hands-on treatment, and a personalised plan. You'll also receive advice and exercises to support your recovery at home.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your condition and goals. Some people improve in just a few sessions, while others benefit from a longer plan. We'll tailor everything to your situation and reassess regularly.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothes that allow easy movement. If we're treating a specific area (like your shoulder or knee), it's helpful if we can access that area easily.
